Projects

Projects are for defined outcomes delivered end-to-end, with clear scope, checkpoints, and handover. Projects are priced separately from retainers.

What You Can Expect

  • A clear definition of the outcome and what done means
  • A simple plan for the fastest sustainable path to delivery
  • Written scope covering what is included and what is not
  • Key checkpoints for decisions, feedback, and progress
  • Delivery of the agreed outcome within the chosen service lane
  • Scheduled communication to support decisions and keep delivery on track
  • A clean handover including files, access, documentation, and next steps
  • A clear recommendation for what to do next through an extension or retainer

When A Project Is The Right Fit

A project is the best starting point when you need something built, improved, launched, fixed, or finished, and you want clarity on what done looks like.

Projects are for defined outcomes. If priorities are likely to change during delivery, a retainer is often a better fit.

How Projects Are Delivered

Define The Outcome

We agree the outcome, constraints, and success criteria before delivery begins.

Confirm Scope

You receive written scope so expectations are clear and decisions are easier.

Hit Checkpoints

We use structured checkpoints to keep progress visible and unblock decisions.

Deliver And Hand Over

Delivery is completed end-to-end, followed by handover and next-step recommendations.

What I Need From You

Projects move fastest when you can share access to what already exists, confirm a decision-maker for approvals, and respond at checkpoints.

Projects VS Retainers

Projects are best for defined outcomes with scope, checkpoints, and handover. Retainers are best for flexible capacity when priorities change within one service lane.

Projects include scheduled communication. Retainers are delivered flexibly across the week when I have capacity and are fulfilled around active projects.

If scope grows beyond capacity, we either stack capacity or start a separate project.

Many projects finish with an optional retainer to maintain momentum and support what has been delivered.
